lyrics

I was having lunch the other day
at the corner table in a little cafe
The big man walks in a takes a seat
The waitress asks "Hun, whatya like to eat?"
"I''ll have a pile of potatoes, no garlic please,
A bucket of gravy and a side of beef"
"Would you like a salad? it comes free"
"Salad! That's what food eats!"

I was feeling restless, just last night
I had a feeling something wasn't right
I knew the wind in my hair would be what I'd like
so I went for a cruise on my brand new bike
I stop at the like, who pulls ride along side?
It's the big man riding his Ultraglide
He looks down at my bike and he says "Friend:
That's a nice bike, does it come in a men's?"

The big man is widely known
to use a nine pound hammer to break your stones
but it's all in fun and that's a fact
'cause the big man will always get your back
In a raging fire or a bar room fix
There's no one I'd rather have on my six
I'm proud to call the big man my brother
although he was born to a different mother
